How do I edit / add information once the permit has been submitted?

The applicant must sign on to the portal and click on MY ITEMS then MY PERMIT APPLICATIONS.  Click on the blue permit number in question then click on EDIT PERMIT INFORMATION in the top right corner of the screen.
